July 10, 20074th of July update.....sorry, we're a little late!
Happy 4th of July everyone! We're in Canada, but still plan on bbq'ing and setting things on fire. We have our first Warped Show under our belt…and feel great about that. We opened with "Island" yesterday, I don't think kids in Vancouver know the song yet, but it was still fun to play it live for the first time regardless.
We're driving through the Canadian Rockies right now; we passed the hotel that the Shining was filmed at, saw a bear, amazing mountains and the bluest water of all time. It definitely makes the drive seem not so bad! We have the day off in Calgary today, it'll be nice to shower, and we may just go watch Transformers, which I'm pumped for. We also got a second cut of our video and we can't wait for you guys to see it! Keep it real. -M
